In order to limit the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), Smiley Car & Commercial Ltd are taking the following steps if you choose to collect your vehicle.
It is our company policy that we will be using face coverings when meeting customers indoors and on test drives and ask that our customers respect this by doing the same. If you do not have a face covering with you, a disposable face mask can be provided. If your personal circumstances exempt you from wearing a face covering, please let our staff know. We have a weather covered outdoor area and office for your convenience. Only two customers will be allowed in these areas at any one time. For that reason, we ask that any accompanying additional members of your group remain in your arrival vehicle. Our office and any equipment used are sanitised after each visit. There are sanitising products available for customer use. If a test drive is undertaken, all windows on the vehicle will need to be open and both our member of staff and customer will need to wear a face covering. Our vehicles and appropriate document packs are being thoroughly sanitised prior to hand over.
Please bring a warm coat in case our outdoor area is to be used. We politely ask that customers try to adhere to their allocated collection time as closely as possible. Your consideration is much appreciated.
